Every pint of blood can save up to three lives: your donation could help a cancer patient, a trauma victim, or a newborn in need. Someone in the U.S. needs blood every two seconds, and there’s no substitute; only generous donors like you can make a difference.

How to Prepare:

• Eat a healthy meal and stay hydrated.

• Bring a photo ID.

• Be sure you feel well and are age 17+ (or 16+ with consent).

• Minimum weight requirements apply.
